Reheating Instructions – Frozen COD & Chips
1.Oven / Air Fryer Method:
2.Ensure the dory fillets and chips are completely defrosted.
3.Preheat oven or air fryer to 180°C (356°F).
4.Place the fillets in oven or air fryer
5.Heat for 15 minutes until the fish is cooked through and the fries are crispy.
6.Optionally, deep fry the fries separately for extra crispiness.
Deep Fry Method:
1.Heat oil to 180°C (356°F).
2.Deep fry the defrosted dory fillets and fries until golden brown and crispy.
3.Drain excess oil and serve immediately.
Note: Ensure the fish reaches an internal temperature of at least 63°C (145°F) before serving.
